What are delivery terms?
In case the product is on local stock, it takes up to 1 working day to deliver after receiving payment.
If product is in Praha hub, it will last 2-3 weeks to deliver the product.
What documents are required for receipt of goods?
For the head of the organization:
  • Seal (check).
  • Certified copy of the order/decree of appointment
  • Passport (check and copy with your permission)

For a representative of the organization:
  • Power of attorney (Form M-2, M-2a), even if stamped
  • Passport (we will check and make a copy with your permission)
For individual entrepreneurs:
  • A copy of the certificate of registration as an individual entrepreneur
  • Passport (we will check it and make a copy with your permission)
For a representative of an individual entrepreneur:
  • A notarized power of attorney
  • Passport (we will check it and make a copy with your permission)
What will be on the invoice?
  • Invoice number
  • Details of the seller and the buyer
  • List of ordered goods

How can I buy it by bank transfer?
You send us the information, we make an agreement, then you send us the information by proxy (for the employee who will collect the goods) and we agree upon the time of delivery.

Or, if you are a director/manager, you can come in person with a stamp and pick up the goods.
How work Trade in/ Buy Back? And when will it start to work?
Trade in
Price of old Apple device is estimated in Authorized Service Center. After that estimated amount is deducted from newly purchased Apple product.

Buy Back
Buy Buck guarantees that your devices will be bought back once the depreciation period expires. Produt buy back price is estimated in Authorized Service Center.

Services are available only for Apple products.
Services will be avalible till end of year, after our Service Center will recieve autorization from Apple.
When Service center will start to work?
Still end of year, after Service Center will recieve autorization from Apple.
What system of taxation do we use?
We work according to the basic system of taxation
What MDM solutions do you have?
We are Jamf official partner in Armenia, other MDM solutions also can be provided
How do I pay for my order?
  • By wire transfer to your bank account
  • By bank card linked to the company account
Is it possible to order custom models?
Yes. As an Apple Authorized reseller we have priority in making orders, and we can provide custom models generally up to in 8 weeks. Also, we have many custom models in local stock as well.
Is it possible to have additional warranty/insurance?
Yes. We are providing extended warranty up to 3 years (1 year standard + 2 years extended) and insurance services.
Is it possible to pay from abroad?
Yes. We can provide proforma invoice based on which payment can be implemented.
